Hi StackIdeas,

When I go into Posts > Under Moderation I see ~25 articles from my site. These articles were written months or years ago. This is the second time that this has happened. The first time it happened I 'rejected' them and they went away. I can do that again, but am concerned that this will be a recurring problem. How can I prevent this?

Thanks,

Douglas
By right, it shouldn't auto create those Joomla article in Easydiscuss, perhaps you can try disable this plugin "Content - EasyDiscuss" and reject all the moderation post, and see is it still re-generate those article into Easydiscuss?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Do you mean those Joomla article or Easyblog post auto created and those post under moderation area?

These are standard Joomla articles that I created months before installing EasyDiscuss.

But they are listed in Under Moderation.

Very strange.

Okay, I'll try it. If you don't hear from me for a few days it is probably working...

Just curious - what functionality does the "Content - EasyDiscuss" plugin provide. I'm guessing that it's not functionality that I'm interested in. Just curious....

What this plugin does is auto create a discussion at the bottom of the article allowing the articles to be linked to EasyDiscuss.

For example, when the user create a new Joomla article on your site, it will automatically create discussion post on Easydiscuss.

Once this discussion created, you will see Easydiscuss reply form appear on Joomla article page, when the user submit a reply from the Joomla article page, it will show into the discussion page as well.

Thanks for the explanation. BTW, I've marked your previous post as the Answer, as disabling that plugin seems to have solved the problem.
