Can you point me to where are the options for Archive in easy discuss and how it's setup?

How to use it and utilize this feature?

Hello Mohamed,

The archive means you want to store the conversation somewhere else other than your inbox. For example there is an important conversation but you want to clean up your inbox without deleting that conversation, you can always archive it.
