Looking for these strings, unfortunately they are not inside the language file:
/administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_blog.ini
Found it myself. You did not insert a language string....

/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/discuss/themes/default/story/panel_form.php line 20:

<input type="text" class="form-control input-sm" placeholder="What is on your mind?" data-discuss-title />

Hello Sabih,

Did you refer to Discuss app? If so, you might want to chech this file instead: ../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easydiscuss.ini.
