Hey there,

as you can see inside the Appcarvers app the words of texts are cut:



I opened a ticket at Appcarvers but they told me it is a problem coming from the components they have no influence to and I should check here.

The cut words apply only for texts from EasyDiscuss and EasyBlog, EasySocial posts are working. Do you have any clue what I can do about this? On my website everything is working as it should...
This is not something related to EasySocial. We display the contents as is and it's up to the css to determine if the text should reach a word-wrap. We do not and we cannot split text like this in PHP.

It's impossible to do that and it is an extensively heavy operation.

I just followed up with both Pranav and Parth. They provided a screen shot that they did not told you it was an issue with EasySocial.

They said to fix / check this issue, they need the site ftp details as the site format could be different depending on the data that is generated. This is an issue that they need to check.

Perhaps there are some misunderstandings here?

Hm, probably. I was totally sure about this and can not find the spot where it was now. Well, nevertheless, as long as it gets done I am fine.

No problem Sabih, I would suggest that you get in touch with App Carvers again as they told me they will look into your issue if the necessary access was given to them.

Hi Sabih,

Yes, there seems to be a misunderstanding. We never mentioned that there was a problem in "EasySocial extension". Nevertheless, the issue you're talking about is not there anymore (I have attached the screenshot). Sabih, it would be great if you can be patient and give us 2 business days to get some important things updated for your build as discussed in your ticket. I am sure you will be happy because this new build has a surprise for you.

Thank you for your reply here. I just seem to have too many things at once on my mind so somtimes things are mixing up. I just wanted to 'repair' this during being patient.

But that is no excuse, because this was totally my fault and I apologize for any circumstances made depending on this topic!
