Easyblogger URL not working

Dear Stackideas,

We have installed Easyblog on our website and we have multiple bloggers in use for different blogs.
For every author the authorlink is working except for Jasper oving. If we click on his name, we received an 404 error.
You can find the bloggers on https://www.vanlaarhovenict.nl/actueel/blogger

I have already tried to execute the Easyblog maintenance scripts and also optimized the database.
I also edited the permalink of the author via Easyblog settings but none of that worked for me.

Could you guys please take a closer look?

I've checked in your site, it seems like this table #__easyblog_users have 2 same record with this Jasper user which causing the issue.

I already renamed this user id - 969 user permalink, it should work fine now, can you give it a check?

Great! Thanks! that did the trick. I found it a bit weird that there is a duplicate entry but anyway thanks! i will check this first in the future if it happens again.
