Generally, when using the default image sizes, What is the approximate size of the watermark in EasyBlog?

I am sorry but I don't quite get you here. Do you mean the recommended size for watermarks? It really depends on your site requirements. Some site owners prefer a smaller watermark while some prefer a larger one.

Ah, I guess it all depends on your watermark image? Most watermark images I have seen are landscape because of their logo and words.

There is really no "general size" because every company logo / watermark is different depending on what you want / need.
