I have checked in your site, it seems like almost all the button/option can't able to click when i access your Easyblog write entry page, when i change to Joomla default template, everything is work except the "video embed button", pop-up the alert box.
May i know when you noticed this?
I'm suspect that is redirection issues, do you have install any 3rd party SEF component?

Yes our subscription just expired recently...We can renew it.

Its been like that for awhile now. Other sites don't have the same issue.

I have checked in your site again, it seems like you have set the redirection from your site right?
Example :
When i access this -> http://www.getcarpetcleaningorlando.com/index.php
Then it will redirect to -> http://www.getcarpetcleaningorlando.com/

I think you have to remove your redirection URL from your SH404SEF, because when you click the video embed button, the ajax doesn't get the correct URL so it pop-up that alert box in your site. See my screenshot for the Firebug detect that ajax call -> http://screencast.com/t/BrrL7JOdeZd
