I have tested this on few mobile phone and it seems that even your frontpage also experincing the same way as blog's page.

We suspected that this issues comes from your current template. May i know which Template are you using right now? Maybe you can try use default Joomla Template that is 'Protostar' and see if you encounter this or not. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
