I find myself at a crossroad.

My goal that I was able to achieve is having the blog URL's become the second level.

Meaning http://www.website.com/blogposit

The only thing is since the specific menu id is pointing to the homepage any attributes that are on the homepage (template wise) are given to the blog posts; ie. any module that is set for home will automatically be placed on the blog posts.

The only other option I know is placing the blog posts into categories; however, if I do that I think I will have a third-level tier URL structure; instead of the two-tier URL structure, I currently have obtained.

Are there any workarounds that I may be missing?
Also, like to add that if I use a magazine payout for a page and use some of the posts the bottom where it states "view all posts" leads back to the homepage.

My guess is because the Use Specified Menu Id is set to the home page...

Anything that can be done to point the "view all posts" to a specific category or set of posts?

Hi there,

The only workaround for this that i would suggest is to make your Easyblog Frontpage menu items as you homepage. It will hide you Easyblog frontpage menu items and will only append those blogs post name.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I did that and it seems to work.
The only issue I see is:

1) the breadcrumbs at the bottom reads "Recent blog posts"

Hi there,

1) the breadcrumbs at the bottom reads "Recent blog posts"

Can you point out on where and how to replicate this. Please advice.

Took me a little time, but I was able to narrow it down to the breadcrumbs module.
It was set to Yes under "show last" and it should be set to No, instead.

We are good.. Sorry, having an off day..
