Easyblog upgrade hangs at 35%

Hangs if I try to install from the network or upload the component. See screen shot: http://couplesmetrodallas.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog

After 20 minutes, I finally canceled the install.

I tried to access http://couplesmetrodallas.org/administrator/index.php but the page is redirecting me to the front end. Can you please advise? Do you need to whitelist my ip address? My IP Address is 1.9.177.149
