We have a valid subscription to easyblog, but when I try to update, it gets about 10% of the way and then says our API key is invalid. It isn't. What's up with that?
Hello Carl Mill,

It is important to take note that upgrading from major releases from versions 3.8.x or lower to 3.9.x, requires a manual upgrade via the Extension Manager. It is not possible to do this via the Updater. Please be rest assured that the normal upgrade process will not erase your blog posts or settings. Hope this help.

*Notice : Remember backup your customization file before update your latest version of Easyblog.

Thanks for the explanation. The situation is a little confusing, though, as this is not explained in any obvious place.

While I have you, I'm seeing another odd little issue that you can see in the screen shot. The floating menu in the blog entry form floats over other menu options. When I scroll down the page, the float shows buttons out of place. Any ideas?

You can see this for yourself if you log into the site here:

http://readingterminalmarket.org/login

and go to this page:

http://readingterminalmarket.org/blog-entry

Thanks.

Hello Carl Mill,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Can you apply this CSS code in your template css file and if that could help?

#eblog-wrapper .float-r {
position: initial !important;
}

When you apply the code already, remember clear all the cache and browser cache, then test load again in your site. Please advise.

Your reply was extremely prompt. No apology necessary.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. :-(
