Hi
In the EasyBlog dashboard I have following message:

Requires Updating
Installed Version: 5.0.41
Latest Version: 5.0.42

After I click to Update Now, I have the message:
Downloading Installation Files...
Failed
There are some updates performed on the launcher to fix builds prior to 5.0.42, you will need to download the latest 5.0.42 launcher from https://stackideas.com/dashboard

I have downloaded latest launcher package and when I try to install it by extention manager, it fails:

Warning
JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /var/www/vhosts/test.pcvuescada.com/subdomains/blogtest
Warning: Failed to move file: /tmp/php81Hfpb to /var/www/vhosts/test.pcvuescada.com/subdomains/blogtest/httpdocs/tmp/com_easyblog_launcher_pro_5.0.42_joomla.zip
Error
Archive does not exist
Unable to find install package

Could you help me?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

It seems like that error is because some of the folder directory file is not writable permission so it failed.

Can you double check from your backend > System information > file permission and see is it all set to writable permission except configuration file?

if the issue still persists, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at your first post so we can better have a check?

They are set to writeble except for Configuration.php, log and temp folder

Is it possible I have downloaded the wrong package file?

This 2 log and temp folder have to set writable permission, because when you upload the installer from the Joomla backend, it actually will temporary store the temporary file into the tmp folder.

Can you try set to writable permission and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you set your login user account to have superadmin privileges so I can better have a check?
