Easyblog update breaks "latest blog" page

I just updated to EasyBlog3.9 to get the easysocial features but I have a problem. Now, my latest blogs page doesn't show the latest blogs in the proper order. Please advise.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as I was currently not available during the weekend as I was attending a Joomla conference in Thailand.

Hm, not too sure if I understand your issues here. Is there any particular errors that is showing up on the latest blog page? Can't seem to locate any errors here.

THe blogs are not listed in the proper order. I want the most recent blog posts to show at the top. Before the update, this was the case. Now, the order of the posts is incorrect. Thanks.

Hello Maurice,

Ah, the ordering isn't messed up but the latest version of EasyBlog includes " Pin Featured Items". This allows admin's to pin blog post to the top of the list

I have disabled this option for you and it should work fine now.

on the Easysocial component, the "Add as a Friend" button is not working on the profile page. Any thoughts?
