We are experiencing a broken thumbnail image link to CDN from EasyBlog posts. See attached:

Could you please assist with this?

Thanks
Hey Andrew,

May i know what is this original path? https://cdn.opgroeigids.nl/images/thumbnails/images/remote/images.parenting.mdpcdn.com/sites/parenting.com/files/styles/story_detail/public/tricky-people-fill-150x150.jpg?itok=KexEvqzt

Hi Arlex,

The thumbnail came from this page: http://www.parenting.com/news-break/why-kids-should-learn-about-tricky-people-instead-stranger-danger?socsrc=Parenting_FACEBOOK_20160612223826_491976635

That was the link which was added to the post, and it grabbed the image from there.

We use the following plugin:
Regular Labs - CDN for Joomla!

Thanks,

Andrew

Hey Andrew,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

I feel curious how you can only disable the cdn for that image? Because when I inspect other image element, it seems it still show the http://cdn.domain.com/images...

By the way, I've checked in our local, it seems like when you insert one of the link into `LINK` block, when the system retrieve these image from the link, by default it will not store the image into Easyblog, so it will show this path https://cdn.opgroeigids.nl/images/thumbnails/images/remote/images.parenting.mdpcdn.com/sites/parenting.com/files/styles/story_detail/public/tricky-people-fill-150x150.jpg?itok=KexEvqzt

However, may i know do you know where this path coming from ? (https://cdn.opgroeigids.nl/images/thumbnails/images/remote) <-

If I compare with other Easyblog image, it should show this following path for example :
https://cdn.opgroeigids.nl/images/easyblog_articles/756/b2ap3_large_rare-mensen.jpg (only replace your original site domain to cdn domain name)

Hi Arlex,

Thanks for that. No worries on the slight delay, I understand you guys are busy.

However, may i know do you know where this path coming from ? (https://cdn.opgroeigids.nl/images/thumbnails/images/remote) <-

I have absolutely no idea.

The post was made by one of our bloggers... And I noticed all the other seemed fine, except for this one. Can we maybe correct this one manually and then see how it goes with the next post made?

thanks

Thanks for understand Andrew, can you share with me which post is fine so that I can do the comparison between these 2 posts?

By the way, I still not understand now you already disabled your CDN or still turned? because I noticed some of the image link already generated to use https://cdn.domain.com/.... but that image link which got problem one still show the original link, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
