I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Unfortunately that is not possible to import other template into Easyblog, because it stored it as JSON data in database, you can take a look this table #__easyblog_post_templates under this `data` column.

It actually stored it as the JSON format.
