My customer has reported that tag autofill has not worked for a while. Sure, when I test it lets the icon "thinks" but returns no results. I do not see any config options for this, I am using the JCE editor for the blog not the built-in composer but a quick test on the test site did not show any difference using the block editor. I do not seem to have any errors in the logs or script errors on the page.
What should I be looking to check things are configured correctly?

May i know which users groups are you referring to? Based on what i check, on Registered user group, this settings http://take.ms/JrYvN is not enabled. If you wanted to let them create their own tag, you should enable this settings.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Sorry for not being clear, the registered user does not post blogs, valid users allowed to post include managers, publishers and authors. All these have this setting correctly enabled. Also as superuser I am not able to use the autofill feature.
Managers are the customers admin, Publishers are special bloggers who can moderate or publish posts and authors can only write not publish blogs.
I hope you find the issue.

It seems that there are issues on our end as those autfill are not working currently I have logged this issues internally and will included them on our next release version.
