Hi

Our client has had her old posts reposting without her doing anything.
We have had this issue before.
What is the issue and how can we stop it happening again?
Thank you,
Eleanor
May i know what do you mean by reposting?

Is it something like it automatically re-publish old post on the site which is under unpublished state previously?

Or it automatically re-published a duplicate old post on the site and show on the first post under listing page? Mean there got 2 same post on the site now?

That is strange indeed, we never encounter this kind of issue automatically re-published existing blog post on the site.

Perhaps you can update your following details at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

- site backend login access (i getting this error https://take.ms/FQe4d)
- FTP access
- which blog post is duplicated
