I am using the EasyBlog - Showcase Module on our site a selected a specific category that also has sub categories. I notice that none of the sub categories appear.

Is it possible to have them appear? My module is on this page.

Called Sports Featured Stories.
Hi David,

Can I have your FTP as well so we can troubleshoot this directly on your site?

Hi David,

I've applied the fix inside your /modules/mod_easyblogshowcase/helper.php and it will display the post from the subcategories of the category. I will try to include this fix in the next release of easyblog.

Hi David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Unfortunately the fix is not included in version 5.0.26. You need to manually backup the file /modules/mod_easyblogshowcase/helper.php and then place the file back after the update.

Hope these help.

Since, you performed the updated for us to 5.0.26 can I still access the file /modules/mod_easyblogshowcase/helper.php or is it gone. If it is gone can you reapply this fix?

Thanks
David

Hey David,

Since this is a bug, we will apply this fix in 5.0.27. We will be releasing 5.0.27 this week to address several other issues.
