I have many image folders in the shared drive, one for each year starting from 2007. However from the easy blog media manager I only see 2007, 2013 and test folder. From the Joomla media manager I see every folder 2007, 2008... 2012, 2013.

Why doesn't easyblog see every folder? I've checked the folder permissions and they are all the same.

Thanks
Hello,

Good day. Are the images loaded through EasyBlog's Media Manager? If its not you can't actually see it in EasyBlog If it is loaded through EasyBlog's Media Manager then I think there might be a bug here and we will need your backend and FTP to check this out. Please advice.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. The folders and images were loaded through Easy Blog and were appearing for several weeks without issue.

I have also just noticed an interesting thing. The automatic updater is not working. It gives the following error.

Starting upgrade process ...
Downloading patch files ...
Updating Foundry Framework
Error Please enter the correct API key. You may generate it from http://stackideas.com/account/my-account.html ...
View Logs

I have checked and made sure the API key is correct. Could this be related?

Hello,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I missed out your post here. In this case may I first upgrade your EasyBlog before I check on the media manager issue? You do not have any hacks to backup right? Please advice.

Thanks!

Sure, you can upgrade. However when I try to update using the updater it give me the API key error.

Hi Adelene,

I'm having this same exact issue again. One of my users made a 2014 folder through the EasyBlog media manager in the shared media folder. However it isn't showing up. When I FTP into the site or use Admin Tools I can see the folder no problem.

I've updated to the latest version of EasyBlog and it didn't fix the issue. I've also tried making sure the permissions on the folder match every other folder. Do you know what was done last time to fix this issue?
