It seems like the pagination didn't show the URL, can i have your permission to help you purge all the sh404sef SEF URL and see let Sh404sef regenerate the URL and see is it generated correct URL or not?

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply because I still investigate on this, and I can't replicate on my locally regarding this pagination issues, may i know is there a easy way temporary turn off with your T3 framework? Because I noticed one of the different is you are using T3 framework.

In case this can help you, some template developer are tempted to override joomla default pagination class and this can brake things.

So I'd suggest you to check and make sure the template used on the website is not having some override file for pagination.
