Sorry for the late reply. EasyBlog supports sh404SEF, Artio JoomSEF and AceSEF. I know for a fact that MijoSEF does have a paid extension for EasyBlog that they created. As for majority, I've encountered more site using sh404SEF compared to the others
btw I am guessing you are talking about SEF URL's
if so
I was using sh404SEF it is working like charm but it comes with lot of drawbacks and bugs so backup(disable sh404SEF url for Login Component) before you use it and I am quite sure that EasyBlog creates Search Engine Friendly URL's so I don't think you need a Separate Extension.
