I have turn on the Error_reporting to Maximum, i noticed this error message we already solved in the latest version of Easyblog, please have a check the error message below my screenshot.
Because I knew you have do a lot of customization in your site, can you check which file you're not updated as well?

By the way, I have tried to access in your FTP account, but hitting this :

Error:	Connection timed out

Error:	Could not connect to server

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
I have follow the port but I'm still not able to access.

Status:	Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out".

Can you try temporary backup all your customization file first then update all the original code and see is it help or not? Because I have tried to install the OSE Fileman in your backend, it seems like not working at all. Please advise.

Try connecting with the hostname I added in FTP Url. Let me know if it works.

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend (Protection area) and FTP access(unable to access), it seems like still not working.
Can you try find this file from your backend or from your customization file area? Then modify to this following code, it should fix your issues.
