When I search blogposts from the front-end, I realize the results which display are not pulled from the beginning of the article. Is this normal?

Hello John,

The blog post search result display is a joomla's search default behavior. Although you are using the easy blog smart search plugin, the display behavior of the search result is controlled by joomla in which the output of your search result is formatted accordingly in order to make the output of the search result look 'clean' or look pleasant if the search result display articles that have many content or long articles.

We have also replicate the issue locally and the result is shown in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/FKrIwHjik when we search for 'bushwick' the result is the same as the the screenshot that you have shown. If the search item is located in the middle of the article, the joomla search output will omit the beginning of the article for formatting purposes as described above
