EasyBlog Random Post Module

Is it possible to adjust the code for the random post module to have it display random or recent posts from only the users friends? I'm looking at the mod_easyblograndompost.php file right now and not seeing very much detail about how the module is constructed. I would like to have a module only for the users friends posts. Thank you!
I'm also looking at the components/com_easyblog/helpers/router.php... would that help to route posts from a users friends?

Hello Ashley,

Sorry but this is not possible currently but if you want, you need to customize it. I am really sorry but we are actually very occupied with our own internal development and we wouldn't be able to assist you with such customizations at this point of time.

Thank you for the quick response. I completely understand about StackIdeas being too busy, and I'm sure it falls outside of the realm of standard customer support anyways.
