I tested in my locally, it will random the article when I do refresh page.

Is there a trick to show all, even articles not listed on frontpage ?

I've checked your module and found out that the issue is because of your site's cache and also to let the post displayed in the module, it must be set to be displayed on the frontpage: http://screencast.com/t/SL5IbI98lHT . You can try to set all to frontpage and clear the cache before refreshing the page: http://screencast.com/t/pDERSYeQh01o . Please give it a try.
