Im having a language problem on backend and a layout problem on the front end. I made a quick Jing Screencast to explain the issue visually.

May i know which version you update from?

By the way, can you try download the latest launcher installer from http://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload through in Joomla installer and see how it goes?
