Hi team, hope you're well! We've recently migrated our website onto an external server (enabled https/SSL) We've adjusted the mail server (outgoing emails are working) but incoming mail (blog posts via email to EasyBlog module online) seems to have broken.

Can you advise what we might have missed in the transfer?

Please note: Unfortunately I'm unable to give you direct access to our website or test site. However I'm more than happy to share screens via skype if this helps.

Many thanks!
Hi Rachel,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Is it possible provide us with your cron command and cron.php file?

Hi Rachel Brown,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Unfortunately that was not possible to share screens check on your issues.

Perhaps you upload your current site to test site so that we can access it and check on your issues?

By the way, what i suspect is when you move to https SSL site, your site cronjob should be affected, can you double check with your current email notification is it working or not?

And also check on your backend > Easyblog > setting > workflow > remote publishing .

Hey Arlex,
Thanks for your reply

Attached are the current settings in Remote Publishing. I've tried switching between SSL = On and SSL = Off but neither makes a difference.. so I assume it's the cron. Are you able to advise as to whether SSL should be ON or OFF so we know any remaining issues are down to the cron alone?

Thanks!

Hello Rachel,

Sorry but not sure which "email" are you referring to here. Did you send it to our ticketing system?
