Hi,

I just tried to search for an EB page using ES search and discovered that some pages don't show up. Any idea why this could be happening?

Cheers

Dave
Also, just noticed that some people added a while back also don't show up. Seems like recently added people do show up though. Can I update my index or database somehow?

Hi Dave,
Can you provide us the search query that you used and some of those pages/people/results that doesn't show as we would like to replicate this and investigate why they are not showing in the results.
Can you also provide us super user access as we are unable to access certain pages in the backend. Thanks.

Hi Raymond,

I searched for "yellow" and the page "Yellow-bellied Glider" came up. I searched for "leadbea" and nothing showed up (there is a page for the "Leadbeater's Possum"). The Yellow-bellied Glider page was one of the more recently added, the Leadbeater's page is quite old. Beeliar shows up (recently added) but glossy (old page) does not.

Also, when I search for users that exist on the system, such as claire, yoram and dani I get nothing. When I search for recently added users such as prue I get a result.

Have also upgraded your access so you can investigate.

Cheers

David

Hey David,
If you mean the search bar in the toolbar(http://take.ms/kUTaH), I suspect your search index is not up to date. Can you head into your Smart Search component page in the backend, then clear your current index. After that, index the smart search again(http://take.ms/W6d02). You should see the new search content generated and these can be searched in the frontend in the toolbar.
