In Blogs > Members Blog one of my members (Editor permissions) has made a post "Hiking in the Dolomites..." that includes some photos and videos he would like to have appear on our site Facebook and Twitter pages. Is there a way to give him permission to post this post on the website page?

I guess I can do it for him by clicking on the facebook and twitter icons on the posts page, but is there a way he can do this himself from the front end?

Thank you
Jack
Hi John,

Yes, you can enable the Centralized Account for both Facebook and Twitter
1. Click Autoposting>Facebook>Centralized Account : https://www.screencast.com/t/bKH9V61me7g

I already had that setting turned on. The member says:

"Yes, it was sharing them automatically until last month, but this time it did not.

The social media sharing feature has been working in different ways for me over the past few months. Initially it would share my ToHi blog posts as soon as I hit the "save draft or "publish post" tab. More recently I noticed that while I was creating a post, EasyBlog would automatically save a draft of it, and share it on social media right away.It shouldn't do that until I'm finished editing.

That feature was helpful in a way, because it prevented me from accidentally losing my drafts, but the social media sharing aspect of it was not ideal, because it did not give me enough time to finish creating or editing my post before sharing it with the public.

To make sure the posts are visually appealing, the social media posts should also show the first picture in the ToHi post, but it seems that they have not been doing so since September. Why not?"

Hi John,

It seems like your Facebook token has expired: http://take.ms/ENzDD can you try to revoke and re-authenticate back your Facebook? and see how it goes?

Thanks, I fixed that.

However when a post is made to facebook, instead of showing the first photo in the post it is showing apart of the header and header text. See screenshot attachment. How can I fix that? It was working fine before.

Hey John,

I tried checking your site and it seems like the page is generating 3 opengraph image tags on the head of the page as you can see below. EasyBlog only generates the first one but the other 2 is coming from another plugin.

Do you have JFBConnect or any other SEO plugins that may be adding such opengraph tags?
