Hi - I seem to be having an issue with EasyBlog notifications not sending out via email. Does EasyBlog just use Joomla's built-in email server settings or does it have its own? If it has its own, can you tell me where to find them? Thanks!
Hey there,

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

We have renewed our support with you, so if we could answer the questions above, that would be helpful. Thank you!

Hi there,

Thanks for your renewal

Currently, Easyblog notifications will be triggered based on cron and may i know that you have setup your cronjobs on your end or not? If not, you can refer them here on how to setup them https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/cronjobs/understanding-cronjobs

Maybe you can try to manually run URL below and see whether those emails sent out or not. If those emails not sent out, do provide us with your backend, FTP and your web hosting access credentials so that we can further check this issues.

http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron

Please advice.

Hi. We do have the cron job set up on our web host and I have tried running the cron manually but it always says there are no emails in queue. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Hi there,

I tried to some series of test on your end and i do get those emails as you can see here http://take.ms/WTBKd. It sending correctly. It might be there are no emails for you to send when you executed those emails manually. Maybe you can try to check them here http://take.ms/7GlQA if there are emails or not for your site currently.

Please advice.

Did you make any configuration changes before posting that test blog?

If you go in and look, we have a huge number of subscribers to the blog on that website. Why would you get an email but not anybody on the subscriber list? Something is missing here. Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Oh, it is because i have cleared out others subscribers emails and only sent them to me. It is our protocol to ensure that other users will not get those test emails.

If you tried to create another new post, your subscribers should get those emails. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
