Hi! I am trying to install easyblog and it is not installing. Can you please help? I attached an image of the issue. Thank yoU!!
Hello Brett,

This issue maybe occurring because either your path to tmp folder is incorrect or your temp folder permission is set not writable. Can you please provide us with FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site? We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

Thanks:)

Hello Brett,

I'm sorry I didn't realize that your backend password is the same as your FTP, I've checked your site and your path to your tmp folder is correct. I had fix the path and install easyblog for you.

Thanks:)

I have another quick question. On this same site, I am enabling the "Read More" drop down in the module for latest blogs, but the "Continue Reading" link doees not show up.

I have another site that it does. I have attached an image capture for reference. I would like the "Continue Reading" link to show as well. Thanks for any direaction.

Hello Brett,

I have viewed your module setup and it looks like the option "Content Source" is set to none. Hence, the continue reading doesn't display. In order for the continue reading link to appear, there needs to be some content in the post.

Thank you. But what I want is for the title of the article to show, and the "Continue Reading", but not the content of the article. Just like I have on this site: http://www.californiachildsexabuselawyer.com/

Is there a setting I am missing?

Thanks!

Hello Brett,

There is no setting to do that. In our module, you need to show the content in order to make the Continue reading appear.
