Step #1 - Go to the webiste (See url in hidden)

Try to "read more" on one of the articles.

Step #2 - Enter your user credentials (see in hidden)

You get these three error warnings:

Warning: session_start(): Failed to decode session object. Session has been destroyed in /home/site/public_html/ds9/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 665

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/schoolt7/public_html/ds9/libraries/joomla/session/session.php:665) in /home/site/public_html/ds9/libraries/joomla/session/session.php on line 665

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/schoolt7/public_html/ds9/libraries/joomla/session/session.php:665) in /home/site/public_html/ds9/libraries/joomla/input/cookie.php on line 85

But the most important issue, is that it doesn't link directly to the article! It just defaults to the home page.

The expected outcome would be to link directly to the article they were interested in!

Help!
Hey Chris,

Can you please provide us with the FTP access so that I can check on this? It seems like the "return" url isn't being set correctly for some reasons.

I've added my site's credentials to my stackideas configuration settings (why didn't I think of doing that before?)

And I just tested it and it has access.

Please note: While there is a "dummy" or "shell" joomla installation at the site root, the actual development site I'm working on is in this sub-directory:

https://www.schooltechnologyleadership.com/ds9/

I think that is part of the problem, as many extensions (other than Stackideas) will sometimes default to the root directory instead of the sub-directory.

Thank you for your help!

hey Chris,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend today -> https://www.yoursite.com/ds9/administrator but I keep hitting this :
This web page is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please advise.

Since I can't access in your Joomla backend today, may i know do you have enable this option from your backend > Easyblog > Settings > general > Login To Read Full Post ?

Because I tried to troubleshoot this issue, then i noticed it come in the checking, I suspect your this `frontpage` menu alias is it set to `Registered` access?

Keep us updated then.
