Easyblog "latest" in url

Hi,
Easyblog is set as my home page on my site but sometimes (like when logging off of the site) it redirects me to http://www.mysite.com/index.php/latest.
Some modules are configured to display only on main page and therefore they won't show with "latest" in url.
Is there any way i can change this? (like remove "latest" in easyblog files or something)?

Hello bastienh,

In older versions of EasyBlog, the "default" view is "latest" but we have removed the use of view=latest since by default it's already going to the latest page. We have removed this from the latest build and it shouldn't be using view=latest any longer provided that you re-create your Joomla menu.

How did you logout? The logout module should be configured to redirect to your home page

I'm using Improved ajax login & register and it's configured to redict to homepage on logout and it does (but only with "latest" in url)

Hello bastienh,

If you are using an older version of EasyBlog, upgrade to the latest version and re-create your EasyBlog menu item (I believe your current home page is configured to be EasyBlog, am I right?)

thanks for the reply.
I'm using version 3.9.15770 (not the latest but well). It has always done that, not matter what version of easyblog (even tried on an empty local website).
My current developping website is not online yet so i can't show you but i really don't understant where the "latest" page is coming from.
Yes, the current homepage is indeed Easyblog ( )
