I noticed yesterday that email notifications of articles on my blog link back to a different URL than the one assigned when the user views the same article by following a normal click path, when browsing the site. I then noticed that this same problem occurs when SEARCH is performed to find the article.

THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM, because many people USE SEARCH to find the articles they're interested in, as opposed to simply browsing through the site. The alternately assigned URL then STAYS WITH the user throughout his entire site experience, unless he clicks on one of our other links, buttons or menu items.

The problem with this is, my MODULES which are assigned to that particular menu item don't appear when clicking on the article when the url is not the official SEF version. To clarify:

Here is a screen capture of the issue:

Here are the actual links:

Email Notification Link:
http://www.cmsconnection.com/component/easyblog/?view=entry&id=802

vs.

SEF URL link:
http://www.cmsconnection.com/cms-spotlight/software-inn-cloudflare-and-drupal-presentation-from-drupalcamp-wroclaw-2014

I wonder if this is a known issue? Is there something I should be doing procedurally to avoid this?
