It seems that when we tried to reinstall your EB, we hit this kind of error as shown http://prntscr.com/c9o1ir. I have checked you folder permisson at [b]Backend>Systems>System Information>Folder Permission[ /b]. It seems that you set some of the status to unwritable. Can you contact your web hosting provider to set everything to "writable" except for "configuration.php". After all permissions is writable, try to reinstall it again. Please keep us updated if the issues still persist or not .

i already set all folder is 777

You can view them at this path --> Backend>Systems>System Information>Folder Permission. You have to change unwritable to writable as shown http://prntscr.com/c9qy24. You have to contact your web server provider in order to change this "Folder Permissions".
