We are attempting to download the installer for easyblog. We have downloaded the file, clicked on setup, clicked on continue with installation and then it tells us the file is not found, so we can't do any of our updates. Please help.

Hm, can I know the exact message that you are getting? Also, is it possible for you to provide us with the login credentials and we'll try installing it for you?

I'm trying to get the website to the point where I can actually maintain it myself it that's possible. It's extremely frustrating to have issues like this and to have to contact support every time we go to update anything on the blog portion of the website.

Can you temporary set the Error Reporting to maximum (global configuration>server) http://take.ms/wphQB
Then try to inspect network http://take.ms/YIvsS (see the exact error appear) when you try to install easyblog
