Easyblog image upload issue

Hello

I have had a user on my site that's been adding blog posts for a while now on the frontend contact me to let me know that they are now having trouble uploading images to the posts.

The site freezes or they get and upload failed message or sometimes a 500 gateway error message.

I have not been able to recreate the issue on my computer but they have contact me a few different times to let me know they are having issues.

Could you please have a look and let me know if you find something.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. To be honest, if you can't replicate this, it is going to be very difficult for us to troubleshoot this. Perhaps the best way to try to simulate this is to get the file that they are trying to upload and we'll try it on your site.
