1/ How can i have a simple blog layout with images with normal size just as those examples :

To have a picture to my articles int he lists, i have to add a picture in "cover" and then the picture is way too big but if i don't add picture in cover i don't have picture to illustrate my article in the lists...

Can you please help me understand how to do this?

Actually there got a few different blog layout you can use like grid menu, magazine menu and different theme layout.
And currently I am not sure what you trying to achieve here, but you can try this following thing to change this :

1. You can create a new menu item for "Easyblog - grid layout" or "Easyblog - magazine layout"

2. If you want to use back your current listing page and you would like to show similar this layout https://icultivate.net/ , you can configure this setting from your site backend > Easyblog > setting > layout > post cover > http://take.ms/0fzAU

2/ Is there a way to have a position in the articles so if i want to add an ad inside each articles i don't have to it manually ?

You can add your adsense code from your site backend > Easyblog > setting > integration > adsense , and you can decide where you would like to show in blog entry page.

3/ Is it possible to have the social buttons like fb share... on top and bottom of articles?

Currently that is not possible, by default it will only show once.
But you can setup Addthis an account from https://www.addthis.com/ then put the code inside the Easyblog setting, so it will stick on the page when you scroll down or scroll up.
