HI,

I have a strange technical issue with easyblog.

In front-end edition I add an new article.

Writting text and insert Block works, but impossible post cover or upload any media... image or PDF ?

Before the last upgrade everythings work perfectly

In the back-end, each function works perfectly, the issue is only in front-end edition.

Could you please help me ?

Best regards

Alain
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

That was known issue for the post cover browse image, can you try download that patch file from this thread -> https://stackideas.com/forums/eb-5-1-9-upgrade-broke-media-manager-and-menu-items#reply-347561 and see how it goes?

By the way, may i know what is this block you trying to upload the file?

Hi Alain,
Can you provide us ftp access to the site as well so we can investigate the issue further? Thanks.

Hey Alain,
We already have your backend access. I'm referring to the ftp access which we can use to access the site's files using ftp software like Filezilla(http://take.ms/T8yt8).
Do note that it is not advisable for us to use file managers in the backend as there are times where typos may render the backend unsable, preventing us from re-editing the file.

Hey Alain,
It's alright now. Looks like we have to enable this setting in the backend due to a redirection situation on your site(http://take.ms/OEK50). The media uploads on the frontend are working properly now.
Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes?
