hi,
i’m using EasyBlog but today when i tried to use feed importer feature i got this error on get full text:

ga('create', '***********', '***********'); ga('send', 'pageview');


how can i fix this ? please send me tut, or tell me to send you my website login info for you ASAP.

I have tried to access in your backend, but I hitting this :

This web page is not available

I suspect you have installed firewall to block other IP address access in your site right?
If yes, this is my current IP address - 175.145.128.214 , can you unblock my IP address so I can access and check on this issue?

Hi Ebi,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply due to the different timezone here in our country.

It seems like our ip address here has changed to : 175.142.155.189 . Hence we are still unable to access your administration page from here. Since we are using dynamic ip address instead of static ip address, perhaps you can temporarily disable it first so it will be easier for us to access?

Please advise.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I am sorry but by the time you replied to the post our ip address has changed again . Here is our new ip address now : 175.143.130.4 . For your information our internet provider will constantly change our ip address due to the security purpose and nothing we can do to alter this behavior. Perhaps like what I suggested earlier in my previous reply you can temporarily disable your firewall or any ip restriction methods on your site so that it will be easier for us to access your site.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the issue is only occur when your feed importer is using "Get full text from feed" during the import. However the issue seems to only occur with this feed url, http://www.zoomit.ir/home?format=feed and we are currently investigating on the issue and will get back to you once we have found the solution. Thank you for your kind understanding.
