Easyblog errors on front and back ends...

I woke this morning to easybog notifications triggered by a cron job that wasn't working until now for some reason. It started with all the notifications back in Sept when we relaunched the site and is working on up through the calendar to the current date. When I went into the admin dashboard i got an almost blank page that I am including a screen shot of and when I clicked on the front-end easyblog frontpage link, I got another terrible display as well. I know it was working fine yesterday so I am not sure what the issue is and what to focus on to resolve it. Thanks,

BTW- I was on 5.26 but just updated to the current version in the hopes that it would fix the issue to no avail.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It seems like this is known issue and we already fixed in our internal server and will include this fix in next release version.

By the way, I already applied the fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\avatar\adapters\kunena\client.php

It should work fine now.

If other user hitting the same issue like when you view on your Easyblog frontpage and hitting blank page, first you have to enable error reporting to Maximum from backend > system > global configuration > server and go back your Easyblog frontpage and view page source, it will show following error :

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Class 'KunenaFactory' not found in <b>/home/esh/public_html/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/avatar/adapters/kunena/client.php</b> on line <b>34</b><br />


If you hitting the same issue with this, you can download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\avatar\adapters\kunena\client.php

Thanks for fixing it however I cannot figure out how to get the layout to appear as it was before the bug. I've attached to screenshots to show how the blogs appeared before the bug and how they appear after your fix.

The access that you provided is not working. Also, your licensed domain for EasyBlog is savannahlynne.com but you are requesting support for musicstartshere.org . If you plan on obtaining support for more than 1 domain, please consider upgrading your plan to the Unlimited version.

I think you are on a different system. For starters, Arlex was able to log in with no problems and my license is for musicstartshere so maybe you need to reset your computer to get caught up with the rest of us?

Update,
So I re-added the custom them files that I had previously set in the backend, however it appears that the user avatars are not being called properly (ever since the update fix) and the only reference link to the images is the root domain with no sub-directories. Any suggestions?

I also can't access in your Joomla backend ( https://www.yoursite.com/administrator?xxx ) as you provided that backend URL from your first post is because when I trying to access this url but it keep redirect back to your homepage.

Can you provide me which page URL can replicate this avatar image issue is not show properly?
Because I checked this page https://www.musicstartshere.org/index.php?option=com_easyblog . it seems like work fine.
