Good day,

I need help with an error on easy blog. Older blog posts gives the following error every time I make changes and update. It then doesn't save my changes. Error: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Please assist!
HI there,

After checking on your site, it seems that currently, 'Multibyte String (mbstring) Enabled' is not enabled on your site and it is needed for Easyblog to use that function when using 'built-in composer' more specifically, use blocks on the post. And it seems, on older version blog's post, you are using blocks and on newer version blog's post, you didn't us 'built-in composer' and that why you didnt hit any JSON error.

By the way, can you consult with your web server provider regarding this issues and see how it goes. Ask them to enable them first and try to re-update them again.

Please advice.

Hello Leandre,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Yes, we need your Cpanel access as well.

But it seems like you provided your Joomla backend and FTP access no longer work, can you check again?
