Okay, I got modules to place in positions like 'easyblog-after-toolbar' and other ones, but now the modules do not show up on the front end.

You just copy the module position into search and then hit 'enter' if it doesn't show up in the results.

Another update. I found that one position, easyblog-after-content, works. Now, easyblog-before-content and easyblog-after-entry are working. They weren't before. Pounds head on keyboard.

Those are the only three that are working now.

This is correct. If the module position is not under the selection area. You have to either type or paste it in and press enter.

Nope, you covered it. The frustration from the toolbar not being there added to the confusion. I missed that pagination only works on category view.
