Hi,
we are using easycron to run our cron jobs,
we have more then 200 mails activities in our easyblog awaiting, when we click on the direct cron job url we get index.php file ! even we run it many times the mail activities still with the same statut (not currently publishing)

we have EB 5.0.19
If you access the url directly, your browser will request you to download the file. This is because your browser doesn't know how to process "json" output. If you edit the file, you'll see that the response is a JSON string and you can place the result on http://jsonlint.com to beautify it.

hey Jan,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked with your Easyblog mail activity backend, it seems like all the email mark as sent already.

By the way, I created a new user from your backend, then using this user account login in your frontend and submit a test post.

After that my mailbox received this post moderation email notification, it seems work fine for your cron configuration in EasyCron, am i missing some of the step to reproduce this? please advise.
