Hello.
I noticed a few problems with built-in text editor (composer).
After adding a field with a picture between two text fields, disappears able to edit words from the text (bold, italic, etc.). In the edit panel allows you to modify words does not work change the font size (you can only set global font size).

The language file has not been given value for the variable COM_EASYBLOG_COMPOSER_BLOCK_TEXT_FONT_HEADER language.

I attach screenshots.
I have EasyBlog 5.0.30
I hope that in future versions make the necessary adjustments.

Regards
Robert
Hey Robert,

Right now, you need to copy the file /media/foundry/5.0/scripts/selectionchange.js into your live site and set EasyBlog to run on development mode until we release 5.0.32

You need to start thinking about upgrading to 3.x

Hi Robert,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

I am not really sure if I understand you here. Do you mean that the text block is not loading the side panel correctly when there are two or more text block inside the composer?

Hello.
Yes. When you open the text block and under it block with a photo, and below another text block, it disappears panel to change the appearance of individual words. You can see it in the pictures.

Hi Robert,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it was public holiday and weekends for all us as well here in Malaysia.

I just tried to follow the instruction that you mentioned above by adding an image block and text block inside the parent text block but it seems like the panel block is appearing correctly from my end on your site. Refer my video link here for a clearer view, http://screencast.com/t/VVqhqUoyki . Not really sure how to replicate the issue here.

Hi.
In your recording everything works properly.
But look at my record. (The recording is without sound because the first time I've used this program.)

I was using a blank template. But in other templates effect it is the same. After inserting the image disappears second (the lower) editing panel.

Robert

Hi Robert,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Seems like the issue is only occur when I'm trying to compose a hlog post on your frontend. I also notice that the composer styling is slightly different than the one from your backend. May I know did you perform any template override for your composer on your site? If possible kindly provide us with your FTP access so we can check this issue directly on your site.

Hey Robert,

After investigating this for a couple of days, it seems like the conflict arises from your mootools library. For some reasons, your mootools library is pretty ancient.

Is there any way for you to update to the latest Joomla 3.x ?

Hello.
I do not know how I could change the mootools library.
My website runs under Joomla 2.58, unfortunately I can not go to the Joomla 3. But EasyBlog should also work correctly under the Joomla 2.58. Is not it?
Migration to Joomla 3 is quite labor intensive, moreover, I have connected two separate web pages on a single database. Several records from the database is common to the two websites. That is why I would have to make a simultaneous migration of both websites. (templates, components, additives - a lot of this would have to migrate)
Is there any way to upgrade to a newer version of the only mootools libraries under the Joomla 2.58?
It may be somehow discover what causes the conflict, and that's somehow fix it?

Regards
Robert

Hey Robert,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, have been testing this massively on my local machine and yes it seems this problem is only apparent when you have mootools 1.4.5 and the last release of Joomla 2.5.8 seems to be using this messed up version (

I managed to add a work around by using "CustomEvent" rather than relying on the standard "Event". Can you give this a try again now?

Hello.
Now everything is working properly (unlike before).

Unfortunately, I do not know how it reached.
Can you send me a full description of what I should do to achieve this effect? This web site is a test page, and I want to on the relevant website to achieve the same effect. I see that you have made also a changes to the file language (the language disappeared variable name).
