Hey guys,

due to the new EU data protection laws I had to remove Disqus from my site and switched to the native comment solution of EasyBlog. Now I noticed a small issue with the login link above the comment form. When I click it and log-in to my account, I am not redirected back to the post I came from. Instead, I get redirected to the home page and the message "you are not allowed to view this resource". Then I have to navigate back to the post manually to finally write the comment. Any idea how to fix that? And for the future it would be great to have some modal login form that pops up on the comments.

And one more thing: Is there a way to get the comment form to display above the comments and not below them?

Cheers
Chris
Hey Chris,

I have helped you apply the temporary fix in the following file:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/comment/adapters/easyblog.php

The user should now be redirected back to the blog post after logging in from that login link in EasyBlog comments area.
Regarding the template edit, the editor window does not show up on my backend for some reason.
It looks like the editor plugin Editor - CodeMirror was disabled on your site. I have helped you enable it so the editor loads fine now.

Hi Chris,

I am able to replicate this issue locally and will log this in our tracker.

If you would like a temporary fix, perhaps you can provide me the backend and ftp access so I can test it out on the site.
Is there a way to get the comment form to display above the comments and not below them?
There is no setting to achieve this. You would have to template override the following theme file.

I have updated the backend details in my account for you. You should now be able to access.
