I just wrote a comment to an Easyblog article and realized that this was not shown on activity stream of Easysocial. As far as I checked the Easyblog user app and the settings from Easyblog and Easysocial I couldn't find the issue. ...

if choosing Easysocial Comments for Easyblog there will be no activity stream created? I have to use Easyblog Comment System to create a stream entry!

Yes it is. Currently that is it how it should be.


If using Komento - will there also a stream entry created?

In order for your to show Komento comments on your stream, you have to download and installed this apps, https://stackideas.com/apps/item/9-comments and it should shown appears on your stream. Please give it a try and see how it goes

Hi there,

It seems that you are using 'EasySocial Comments' for you blog's comment, and it wont shown them on your streams as 'Blog's apps' is set to shown comment made on it 'Built-in' comment only. Thanks for your understandings
