Dear stackideas team,

yesterday I upgraded from Easyblog 3.9 to 5 and with the Launcher it was really easy. I reconfigured everything and reactived the old modules, which automatically updated.

Now I only have one problem: that the category plugin displays the wrong number of articles in this category. For example it displays 1 blog entry for the category "Atlassion" whereas there is no currently published blog entry. We tested it and it also counts trashed entries.
There are only 2 active blog entries so it is impossible to display more than 2 at the EasyBlog categories module.

The used module is version 5.0.32

Please help me how to fix this.

Here is the link to the current blog: https://www.celix.at/blog

Best regards

Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately this is not possible, due to high security restriction.

But would it be possible if you take a look via Teamviewer at it?

Hey Christoph,

I actually need to test the query on the site to see why it is generating a wrong count. I am not too sure if Teamviewer would help as it would be too slow for me

Why should be a Teamviewer Session too slow? You will connect to my PC, where FTP and Joomla Backend are already logged in and ready to go.
