I tried changing the visibility from all users to registered users and it remains the same. support credentials haven't changed since our last post.

Please fix ASAP...

Hello Marcos Paulino,

The reason is most probably some of your categories haven't have any blog post publish with this few categories, so it won't show in your category page.
