easyblog canonical not worck butt cononical botton Actived

canonical rel not exist in the my sorch page

site details atached
Hi Shah,

I have checked and inspected your site and it seems like the issue is coming from SH404SEF. When i disable this plugin: shlib - Db query cache and programming library, the canonical for EasyBlog is displayed correctly. Can you consult this issue with SH404SEF developer and kindly please update us back on this issue.

Please advise.

hi
I've disabled the option canonical in the sh404sef
and then I saw the test

1- canonical by main page : link
2- canonical by menu : link

Please visit the source page

There are two different canonical in the 2 sources butt one content

sh404sef canonical is off

one page = one content = one canonical butt may site 2 canonical = one content

Hello shahryarjb,

When I tried accessing both the links that you have provided, both the canonical link leads me to a 404 page and I am not really sure what you meant by different canonical.

I tried to login to the back end of your site with the provided login credentials but the logins are not working as the account is blocked.

Hello,

I can't read arabic, and I don't really have an idea how these items are being accessed on your site. Furthermore, the URLs look really garbled up on my end, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-22_1335.png

hi , that was not an Arabic text it was written in persion .
my basic problem is that the link which cononical takes , when you get into the contents from menu there is a canonical and when you get into the same contents from home page thre is another canonical .

what i can do and how i can do that when you want compiled the contents of any place on the site , either from the menu or from the home page of the module last post , there is going to have just one cononical

I send you two links which both are Belonging to the one post , but they are from to place of tehe site , but that link which get rel canonical is different .

I use to solved this problem by using Sh404sef plugin but in the new version of esayblog this plugin dont work correctly and i had to cut it down for canonical

Please guide how to have one canonical for a content .

Please see the attached video

Hello Shahryarjb,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems the easyblog SEO setting is set to follow current active menu item id thus the url will follow the current menu item where user is at. I've set the SEO setting to follow menu item id of your easyblog frontpage layout and the url will be the same across the site, thus the canonical rule is applied. Can you verify it for me?

Please advise

Hello Shahryarjb,

This will actually enforce your blog entry to have single url across your site instead of multiple url thus make it easier for user to search the blog entry. This is actually good for the SEO

I mean, the old link is registered in Google
And to change the link to get 404 error

It is my view that if you create a sitemap to Google Webmaster registered to stay for this error or show

Hello Shahryajrb,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Google by right should automatically re-index your site to keep up with the latest url for your site. However the process might take quiet a while depending on the google itself. Thus after the re-index is finish, the old link will no longer exist in google search and will be replace with the new url
